As far back as ancient civilisations, the healing properties of honey have been well-documented, and it was regularly used throughout history to help with a variety of medical ailments. Sidr honey in particular is well-known globally for its medicinal properties, bearing powerful antibacterial properties, powerful antifungal agents and higher quantities of Vitamin C and antioxidants.
Sidr is monofloral honey. Used as part of holistic health in Yemen due to its rich minerals, it contains antioxidants and anti-fungal/anti-viral properties.
